Aunt Dorothy’s Spinach Salad
This is a McCarthy family favorite salad recipe modified (because that’s what I do) to make it a bit more healthy
Process in blender:
1 cup oil (grapeseed or organic olive oil)
3/4 cup vinegar (apple cider vinegar for me but any will do)
1 cup sugar (or sub 3/4 cup of agave)
